1. Payment Terms

• Pay-as-you-go: You only pay after each lesson (via Xero invoice).

• Pre-payments optional: If you choose to pay upfront, a full refund is available with 7 days' notice before the scheduled lesson.

2. Cancellations

• No fees, no fuss: Cancel anytime—no explanation needed.

• Pre-paid lessons: To receive a refund, cancel at least 7 days in advance.

• Late cancellations (pre-paid): No refund if cancelled within 7 days of the lesson.

 

3. Lesson Rates

• Private: $60–$80/hour (depending on subject/level).

• Group: $30+/hour (varies by class size).

• Invoices: Sent after each lesson; payable via direct bank transfer.

 

4. Guarantee

• No hidden terms: You control when to start/stop.

• No waivers: Fees are fixed per invoice—no adjustments post-lesson.
